Itinerary

Day 1 – Semera to Danakil Depression
Arrive in Semera and drive to the Danakil region through the Afar desert. Travel through the salt-producing areas near Lake Afdera and continue to the Danakil campsite.

Day 2 – Dallol and Salt Mines
After breakfast, drive to Dallol to explore the colorful geothermal formations and hot springs. On the way, visit the traditional Afar salt mines where workers cut large blocks of salt from the ground.

Day 3 – Return
After breakfast, enjoy the surrounding desert landscapes before driving back to Semera and continuing to Addis Ababa.
